The thing I like best about this light you can't really tell from the pictures. The sides of the bulb & base are somewhat translucent and the light from the side & back looks really cool when turned on.

Gave instructions & install a 3 because I didn't do it myself so didn't read them.

One slight minus to this light is that the arm itself cannot really be adjusted -- the light at the end can be moved up or down and rotated a little (I think), but it is not super adjustable.
